Coco, Early and Associates Rank as One of Nation’s Top-Producing Brokerage Firms in RISMedia’s 2019 Power Broker Report

Coco, Early and Associates, headquartered in Methuen, Massachusetts, recently announced its ranking as the No. 377 real estate firm in the U.S. in sales volume, according to RISMedia’s 31st Annual Power Broker Report. Coco, Early and Associates reported a total sales volume of $757,623,850 in 2018, representing 2,237 closed residential transactions.

RISMedia President and CEO John Featherston congratulated Coco, Early and Associates for their prestigious ranking in this year’s Power Broker Report. “The firms represented are the nation’s most elite brokerage firms serving literally millions of consumers with their real estate needs,” Featherston said. “Even with inventory and economic uncertainty as chief concerns amongst brokers, RISMedia’s Power Brokers continued to prove resilient, closing a tremendous amount of transactions in 2018. We applaud their commitment to home ownership and congratulate them on their continued success and Power Broker rankings.”

Collectively, the Top 1,000 Power Brokers earned $1,424,776,652,825 in sales volume and closed 3,881,412 transactions in 2018, and encompass more than 515,600 agents in over 8,500 offices in the U.S.

The majority of brokerage firm participants reported the same sentiment: balance. According to 49 percent of respondents to the survey, there is “balance” in the housing market today, despite headwinds including the inventory shortage, a challenge for the majority of respondents, at 49 percent, and “economic uncertainty,” a concern for 25 percent of respondents, representing a steep uptick from 1 percent in 2018.

Coco, Early & Associates Awards More Than 100, Celebrates 17 Years of Business

Coco, Early & Associates is excited to announce that it held its Annual Awards Breakfast on Tuesday, March 3 at Brookstone in Derry, NH.  The company celebrated 17 years of business and recognized more than 100 agents with awards and certificates.  Awards included: team players, momentum changers, relocation super stars, perseverance, associate, achiever, excellence and President’s Club.

Two special recipients were Kathryn Early of the company’s Methuen, MA office and Stephan Coufos of the Salem, NH office.  Kathryn was named Top Sales Agent, based on number of units sold and Stephan was awarded Top Sales Agent, based on gross closed commissions.  Of additional notoriety was Linda Early, who was formally recognized for her recent receipt of the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce award, Women In Business Award as well as certificates from the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the Governor of Massachusetts.

In addition, the company’s Methuen office and the Bradford office were both honored with the Area’s Best Local Real Estate Company as well, by Market Surveys of America.

“It was a very memorable morning for us,” said Linda Early, company president.  “To see how our company has grown from just two of us, to more than 200 agents and support staff is phenomenal.”
